Had some excellent service by Walter who not only helped me cut down a few boards so they would fit in my SUV but also walked the store with me to find the other materials needed for my project. Excellent service today!

Very happy with this Home Depot store. The employees have always been pleasant & helpful, the shelves are well stocked, the store is clean & we're always looking for clearance bargains while shopping for other items. The return policy is fair & most everyone knows a little about everything, even if it isn't their department. If they can't help, they find someone who does. Thank you & please continue to provide good customer service.

I dont often leave reviews about my experience to places that I often end up at multiple times a day.... but Josh and Will at the pro-desk, as well as Richie in the Building & Lumber department are incredible. They have way above average customer service, and actually know how to help contractors. Ive been working with them all for the last few years. I absolutely recommend them and store 421 will continue to get mine and my companies business!

I want to recognize John Crow Dog for providing truly exceptional customer service. John went above and beyond to resolve an issue that could have easily been ignored, taking full ownership and ensuring everything was handled quickly and correctly. John's professionalism, clear communication, and genuine concern for my experience made a huge difference. It’s rare to encounter someone who is so proactive, attentive, and committed to doing the right thing. Because of his efforts, my confidence in the company was completely restored. An outstanding example of leadership and customer care.

Stopped by Home Depot to pick up supplies for a window and door job and had a great experience. Being the owner of flagstaff windows, this store provides us the ability to complete jobs fast and easy without a problem! The store was clean and well-organized. Staff in the hardware and millwork departments were helpful and pointed me right to what I needed. Inventory was solid and everything I came for was in stock, including caulk, shims, and trim. Checkout was fast and parking was easy. This location runs smoothly and has become a regular stop for job materials when I’m working nearby.
